As an appointment-based business, if we do not have anything scheduled, we may not open immediately at 9:00 a.m. or we may leave earlier than 6:00 p.m.  As always, if we are with clients, we may not be able to help you at the front desk. To ensure someone can assist you when you stop in, you may wish to call ahead for confirmation.}

SCHEDULING
Appointments can be made during business hours by phone, email or messenger. The last appointment of the day is scheduled so that it ends by the close of business for that day. To ensure the date/time you want, we recommend booking early. Appointments can be made up to 3 months in advance. You must be at least 16 years old to make a appointment. All minors, 17 years and younger, must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian before services will be performed. Anyone 15 years of age and under must be accompanied to their appointment by an adult. Service appointments require a confirmation with a credit card or gift card. Packages or groups will be asked to provide a $50 deposit in the form of a gift card, cash, check or credit card to hold their reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment for a single service and 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment for multiple services lasting more then 2 hours, spa packages or parties. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. We will overlook one late cancellation. However, repeated late cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee(s). If your credit card is on file, it will be charged; if not, you will be invoiced for the fees owed and it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Again, we will overlook one no-show appointment. However, repeated "forgotten" appointments or anyone who consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full service price for their missed appointment. If your credit card is on file, it will be charged; if not, you will be invoiced for the fees owed  and it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the entire session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
