We are open one Saturday per month for appointments. These Saturday dates are announced on a seasonal basis, via our social media pages, and they do fill quickly. If you have questions on a particular Saturday, feel free to call, message or email us.
{Please note that our business hours are set for clients to schedule appointments. As an appointment-based business, if we do not have anything scheduled, we may not open immediately at 9:00 a.m. or we may leave earlier than 6:00 p.m. We do not have a receptionist, so if we are with clients behind closed doors, we may not be able to help you at the front desk. To ensure someone can assist you when you stop in, you may wish to call ahead for confirmation.}
Please note that some policies, procedures and services have changed over the past few years, due in part to health and personal factors. As always, we proceed with business in the manner we feel is appropriate and best for the health and safety of ourselves, our families, and our clients. Since 2022, masking is optional for clients and therapists. If you more comfortable with your therapist wearing a mask while you are here, please let us know. Thank you for your understanding.

SCHEDULINGCANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events* happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment for a single service and 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment for multiple services lasting 2 or more hours, spa packages or groups. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. We will overlook one late cancellation within a 6 month period. However, repeated late cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee(s) for all services scheduled. If your credit card is on file, it will be charged; if not, you will be invoiced for the fees owed and it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Again, we will overlook one no-show appointment within a 12 month period. However, repeated "forgotten" appointments or consciously choosing to forgo your appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full service price for all services that you missed. If your credit card is on file, it will be charged; if not, you will be invoiced for the fees owed and it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the entire session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time.
*We understand that emergencies can happen at any time and are not planned. If a true emergency will cause you to miss an appointment or cancel late, please contact us as soon as possible about the appointment. We will take this information into consideration when determining if fees are assessed.
